Kristina Bell has been a Center Director for the last five years. Prior to joining KinderCare, Kristina worked for Cradle to Crayons as Preschool Teacher. She also worked for Manassas City Public Schools as a reading Teacher. She enjoys coming to work every day to see the smiling faces of all the children.
Pam is from Texas and began working for Kindercare in 2005. She started out as a Teacher in the Preschool Classroom then in the Pre-k. She also worked with the infants- Schoolage. Pam has been a Director in some of the Kindercares and is now the Asst. Director. She enjoy interacting with the parents and children and helps in providing a safe, loving and nuturing enviromental.
I've been working in the childcare field for 8 years. I've always had a passion for children, but my second passion is cooking. I have been in the culinary field for 10 years.
Ms. Alisa has been with KinderCare for over fifteen years and has been in the Early Childhood Education field for over 24 years. She has her Child Development Associate's Credential and is also Medication Administration Training certified. Ms. Alisa has experience in all aspects of a child care center. She has been a Center Director, Assistant Director, Cook and an active teacher in each classroom. Ms. Alisa is passionate about working with children. She especially loves taking care of the Infants and loves to see how much they change and grow while they are in her class. Ms. Alisa also loves helping the parents feel like she and the other teachers in the room are part of the children's extended family and to make sure the parents are comfortable with who their children are with while they are at work.
